Today was the start of MOI P1 Interim 2, where we were to showcase a rough cut of our work-in-progress, and to exchange and receive comments with and from other groups.
We were told by Wahidah that our video was long and draggy, as it had actually exceeded the maximum time limit by 2 minutes, when the assignment brief had stated that it was only 9 minutes. We have decided to shorten the draggy and boring parts by cutting them away. We promise we will re-look our entire video once more for any errors in crossing the lines of the 180 degree rule in filming.
We have also decided to re-shoot our video for some selected scenes which we feel would require some further improvement on Wednesday. We have also decided to consult Wahidah on Tuesday at 2:30 pm just a day before our shoot, so as to allow for Wahidah to give us the green light as further confirmation.
I hope that tpyou would be able to complete our video on time for the screening on 25 March 2009!
